Welcome to Creations Place. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our products and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About Creations Place

Creations Place is a creative and digital platform that provides:

Customized gift printing services
2D cartoon and animation services
Digital services including website design, digital marketing, AI automation, graphic design, video/photo editing, and YouTube services
Sale and purchase of refurbished laptops
Sale of digital downloadable products

2. General Use of Website

By using our website, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old or using the site under parental supervision.
You will not misuse the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
All information provided by you is accurate and genuine.

3. Customized Gifts Printing (T-shirts, Mugs, Frames, etc.)

Customers must upload correct images, text, and design details while placing orders.
We are not responsible for poor print quality due to low-resolution images provided by the customer.
Once the design is approved and printed, the order cannot be canceled or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Slight color differences may occur due to printing and screen variations.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

4. Animation & Creative Services

This includes cartoon animation, explainer videos, ads, logo animation, etc.

Work starts only after requirement confirmation and advance payment.
Revisions are limited as per the selected plan/package.
Major changes after approval of storyboard/design may be chargeable.
Final files are delivered only after full payment.
Creations Place retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

5. Digital Services (Website, Marketing, AI, Design, Editing)

Project timelines depend on timely input and content from the client.
Delays from the client side will extend delivery timelines.
Ad results, marketing performance, and lead generation depend on multiple external factors; we do not guarantee specific sales or leads.
Website/AI/chatbot services include only the features agreed upon at the time of order.
Any extra features or changes will be charged additionally.

6. Digital Products (Ebooks, Templates, Printables)

All digital products are non-refundable.
After purchase, files are available for download and cannot be returned.
These products are for personal use only and cannot be resold, redistributed, or shared.

7. Refurbished Laptops — Buy

All laptops are tested and verified before sale.
Minor scratches or signs of previous use may be present.
Specifications mentioned are accurate to the best of our knowledge.
Limited checking warranty may be provided (if mentioned on product page).
No refund for change of mind after purchase.

8. Refurbished Laptops — Sell

When you submit your laptop for sale:

You confirm that the laptop is legally owned by you.
You must disclose actual condition and defects.
Final price will be decided after physical inspection.
Creations Place reserves the right to reject any device.

9. Payments

All orders require advance or full payment as applicable.
We use secure payment gateways; we do not store your card details.
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

Customized products, digital products, and creative services are non-refundable once work has started.
Refunds are only applicable in case of proven defects or non-delivery from our side.
Service cancellations after project initiation are not eligible for refund.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, animations, graphics, and content created by Creations Place remain our intellectual property until full payment is made.
Customers cannot copy, resell, or reuse our work without permission.
