Thank you for choosing Creations Place. We strive to deliver high-quality products and services. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Policy

Due to the customized, digital, and service-based nature of most of our offerings, most orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once processed. Refunds or returns are only applicable under specific conditions mentioned below.

2. Customized Gifts Printing (T-shirts, Mugs, Frames, Keychains, etc.)

These products are made specifically as per the customer’s design, photo, or text.

❌ Not Eligible for Return/Refund:

  • Wrong image/text uploaded by customer

  • Low-resolution image causing poor print

  • Change of mind after order

  • Minor color difference due to printing/screen variation

✅ Eligible for Replacement/Refund (only if):

  • Product received is damaged

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Major printing defect from our side

📌 Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing  photos/videos.

3. Animation & Creative Services

Includes cartoon animation, explainer videos, ads, logo animation, etc.

❌ No Refund If:

  • Work has started after requirement confirmation

  • Client changes idea after storyboard/design approval

  • Delay from client side

  • Dissatisfaction due to subjective design preference after agreed revisions

✅ Refund Possible Only If:

  • We fail to start the project after payment

  • We are unable to deliver the service at all

4. Digital Services (Website, Marketing, AI, Design, Editing, YouTube Services)

These are service-based and time-investment projects.

❌ Non-Refundable If:

  • Project has started

  • Work delivered as per agreed scope

  • Marketing results not meeting expectations (as results depend on many external factors)

✅ Refund Possible Only If:

  • Work has not been started after payment

  • We fail to deliver the agreed service

5. Digital Products (Ebooks, Templates, Printables)

These are downloadable items.

❌ Strictly Non-Refundable:

  • Once the file is downloaded or accessed

  • Change of mind after purchase

6. Refurbished Laptops — Purchase

All laptops are tested before sale.

❌ No Return/Refund For:

  • Minor scratches or used condition

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Software issues after delivery

✅ Eligible for Replacement (if applicable warranty mentioned):

  • Hardware issue reported within warranty period

  • Wrong specifications delivered

📌 Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Refurbished Laptops — Sell to Us

  • Final price is decided after inspection.

  • If you disagree with the price, you can choose not to sell.

  • Once sold and payment made, the transaction is final.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders for customized gifts cannot be cancelled once printing starts.

  • Service orders cannot be cancelled once work begins.

  • Digital product orders cannot be cancelled after purchase.

9. Refund Process (If Applicable)

If your case qualifies for refund:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Amount will be credited via original payment method

10. How to Request Return/Refund
