  • Faster priority dispatch

  • Delivery time: 4–7 business days after dispatch

  • Charges shown at checkout

⚡ Porter Shipping (Chargeable)

  • Available Only for Delhi NCR Region

  • Delivery time: Within 24 Hrs (1 business day)

  • Charges shown at checkout

4. Order Processing Time

Before shipping, some products require preparation time:

Customized Gifts

  • Design & printing time: 1–2 business days

Refurbished Laptops

  • Testing, cleaning & packing: 3–5 business days

Orders are dispatched only after proper quality checks.

All products are securely packed to avoid damage during transit. Laptops are packed with extra protective material.

Creations Place is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural calamities

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply

  • Delivery delays may occur

10. Digital Products Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly after payment via:

  • Download link on thank you page

  • Email with download access

No physical shipping is involved.

11. Animation & Digital Services Delivery

All creative and digital services are delivered through:

  • Email

  • Google Drive link

  • WhatsApp (as applicable)
